Central Office Leadership Academy (COLA)
Outcomes
This academy will introduce the principles of organizational leadership that will support the participants' development as existing or future executive leaders in education. These principles will delve into areas impacting the sustainability of executive leaders; and support their leadership development in moving the goals of their district’s strategic plan. This program will provide a safe space for leaders to reflect on who they are and what they stand for, AND to explore how their educational leadership is impacted by world crisis, political climates, as well as the current needs of students, staff, schools, and offices. These learning experiences will equip the attendees to understand these concepts of leadership to better support them in advancing their district’s strategic plan and grapple with the complex problems of practice they face as leaders.
