School Improvement Leadership Academy
The School Improvement Leadership Academy (SILA) is a six-month leader development program designed to enhance the professional growth of school leaders. This comprehensive, evidence-based program, grounded in improvement science provides school leadership teams with the skills and tools to facilitate effective school improvement processes. SILA supports principals, assistant principals, and teacher leaders as they design, plan, and implement continuous improvement strategies that address problems of practice.

Expected Outcomes

Program Structure
The SILA initiative combines theoretical learning with practical application, ensuring that participants gain the knowledge and skills to effectively lead improvement efforts in their schools. Each participant will engage in hands-on activities, collaborative discussions, and individualized coaching to support their development throughout the program.
