With over 25 years of experience across secondary transition, special education, and vocational rehabilitation, my work focuses on Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), interagency collaboration, systems change, and compliance with WIOA, RSA, and IDEA. I support vocational rehabilitation agencies through policy and procedure reviews, data-informed planning, and performance monitoring.
